The Meeting Hose Gallery hosts three shows this summer with
Gallery hours:

Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Celebrating New Marlborough’s Past, June 13—July 12.

Opening reception,
Founding Day Weekend,
Friday, June 12, 6—8p.m.
An exhibit drawn from the New Marlborough Historical Society’s collection of historical photos and artifacts. Included will be an oral history video of community elders with memories of earlier years.

***There will be a brief talk about "Settling New Marlborough" given by Amherst College Historian Martha Saxton at this opening.

 

Photographers Celebrate
New Marlborough Now,
July 25—August 23

Opening Reception
Friday, July 24, 5—7p.m.
A show of work by area photographers juried by Arthur Hillman, head of the Arts Division at Bard College at Simon’s Rock, and Barbara Winters, a professional photographer. This show is accompanied by a snap shot montage by local residents.

 

Artists Celebrate New Marlborough, August 29—October 3

Opening Reception
Friday, August 28, 5—7 p.m.
A show of artists other than photographers juried by Jane Kasten, former owner of the SKH Gallery in Great Barrington.
